Find us From RT. 22 East: Take Fourth Street exit, keep to your left at the light which will take you onto Bushkill Street. At the next right, Bushkill and Third St. Turn right. Continue traveling towards the circle, go half way around circle, continuing on Third St. Continue straight for two blocks. You will be at the intersection of Larry Holmes Blvd. and Third St. Continue straight through two stop lights. After the second light, you will be at the foot of Smith Street Hill. Go up the hill and at the first stop light, turn right onto Berwick St. Take Berwick Street to the next stop light which is Seitz St.Turn left and park. Our entrance is in the rear of the Shull Citizen Center building, on Wilkes-barre St. We are on the corner of Seitz, Wilkes-Barre and Berwick.Sts.
From Rt. 78E: To reach our Center take the Easton exit of Route 78. Turn right onto Philadelphia Rd. towards Easton. Go to thru the stop sign take the first left, onto Seitz St, continue to stop light. Shull Citizen Center will be directly in front, across the street. Our entrance is in the rear of the building, ground level. Parking is available in the parking lot. At the light on Seitz and Berwick St. make a left onto Berwick St. Turn right, into the parking lot. Entrance is on the side of the building.

Program services shall be made accessible to eligible handicapped persons through the most practical and economically feasible methods available. These methods include, but are not limited to, equipment redesign, the provision of aids, and the use of alternative service delivery locations. Structural modifications
shall be considered only as a last resort among available modifications.
CHILD ABUSE POLICY – As “mandated reporters”, Spring Garden Children's Center staff are required by law to report immediately any child suspected of being abused to the Childline and Abuse Registry. The Child Protective Services (CPS) will follow-up to determine if the suspicion is founded.
